Re: MISS HELL FINGER -- what about barefeet in dirt???
I doubt you'll get hookworm - but if you grew up in the South, barefoot like I did - that was pretty constant barefoot exposure. Remember, everything is about culmination. In no way shape or form do I think it's not healthful to be barefoot. I love being barefoot - please never let the thought of
parasites keep you from getting barefoot.
It's just interesting that in South Africa, where folks are barefoot from childhood a lot of the time, and in the South, hookworm is a bigger deal. I suspect it's because the element is already in their bodies and things culminate into a proliferation later in life. But if it were true that it was simply a 'be barefoot in warm climates and get hookworm/hiv/anemia' - then everybody that ever grew up in a warm climate would have difficulty. We know this isn't the case, though. I grew up around A LOT of chemicals and solvents. It takes both. You have a solvent/chemical/metal and a
parasite and it takes a bigger situation in the body to allow
parasites to proliferate. Don't fear being barefoot unless you have a broken skin issue and you're playing in muddy creek/river beds where there's most likely petrol & metals (I did that).
I've done several
parasite cleanses and which each one - gotten monstrously better. I've done Humaworm, a few Nature's Sunshine Cleanses and I've dabbled in UnyWorm. I've not been onto a full
parasite cleanse in a year so the next I'll hit robustly will be the IP + UnyWorm. Should make for an exciting time!
Terrain has an enormous part to play in how
parasites do or don't proliferate in your body. Stay on track with whole foods, supporting your body and you'll be ready with both guns blazing to knock out any parasites or infections you have. :)
