I NEED HELP. What is the best method for bowel cleanse???

I am very confused. There is so much information being thrown at me that I don't know what to do. I want to do a Bowel Cleanse before I do parasite cleanse (Dr. Clark's parasite Cleanse). I want to get rid of mucoid plaque and other stuff that might be clogging my system. What program do you guys suggest? I also want to incorporate Bentonite and Psyllium so everything is cleaned out. What brand of Bentonite and Psyllium do you guys suggest? Where can I get them? Should I use a hebal laxative? What brand? Can someone please help me develop a plan for a bowel cleanse.


Also, after I am done with a bowel cleanse, do you guys think I should do a parasite cleanse or a master cleanse (fasting) first?
