Re: Sorry me again more advice needed

Gadgie,
I understand why it is that you're feeling frustrated, but I don't think you're realizing that there are FAR too many variables at play to be drawing the conclusions you seem to be drawing.
Firstly, if your liver was clogged/compromised LAST year (and it was), and you didn't do any liver cleansing/healing, then your liver is likely more congested now. So, no matter what symptoms or issues you may be exhibiting (or discerning are 'less' than they were previously), with your liver likely being more congested...you would have to "do more" to achieve the same progress that you did before.
But there are many other variables than just your liver - onward...
Right as some of you know I have started the 30 day fast. On day 5 had a bit of a wobble yesterday but thanks to your encouragement Im back on track and have had a pretty good day so far. High five, everybody! (way to hang in there, Gadgie :)
I tried the fast last year for the 1st time and was a bit freaked out about not eating so subsequently only lasted about 10 days with some cheating in the middle. I was having about 5 pints of juice and 2 cups of potassium broth but didnt have any BSM or ACV and had about 5 dessert spoons on superfood daily. Was doing hot/cold showers IF2 but not IF1. I also was using a centrifugal juicer.
During this process I started some major detoxing but my tongue stayed clear mostly throughout and after about 4 days my skin looked amazing and was silky soft. I had quite bad dizzyness and headaches and felt like I was detoxing. After the 10 days I looked brilliant even though I hadnt done any liver or kidney work and I still had candida (not surprising since I didnt do the kidney and liver work.
Anyway my point is this, this time round Im getting far more minerals, more superfood, more juice, new better juicer Omega 8005, ACV, BSM, Coffee enemas, using twice as much IF2 as before but after 5 days my skin is still really dry and I dont look or feel any better than before. But now your liver & kidneys are in a totally different state that they were a year ago...our bodies aren't even the same from day to day, let alone year to year. And, there's a huge difference in what you're doing now than "then". You're now taking liver, blood d-tox, calcium, parasite, black walnut, hawthorn & echinacea herbal formulas, so your body has a LOT more to work with, and a lot more on it's daily "to do" list. And you weren't dealing with the same anxiety, the same stressers, living in the same house, etc., etc.
I also feel that my digestion hasnt shut down properly and dont know if this is part of the problem. Been having slippery elm porridge twice a day and dont know if my digestion has stayed up and running which is maybe using up minerals and energy? We're not striving to "shut down" digestion - we're striving to give the body the highest amount of nutrients & enzymes in the way that it's easiest for the body to digest & assimilate them...and it sounds like you're doing that quite effectively (applause! applause!) Im clutching at straws here trying to think why things seem so different this time especially since my health was worse than when I started the fast last year compared to now. Yes, your health was different last year, but I'm recalling that you seemed very concerned about your health when you decided to start the full IP. But what I recall/discern isn't really the issue...what's important is that you understand why things are progressing the way you'd expected.
I would appreciate any feedback, ideas especially from those brave souls who have been through the programme before as Im trying really hard and giving this my best shot and need for this to work. Feedback:
---Liver, liver, LIVER! Remember, the liver is thought to be the 'seat of emotion', and in the last 5-6 days you've likely done more "liver work" than you've ever done in your entire life! So besides all the physical issues, it is very common for people's emotions & thought processes to be very "impacted" (in a variety of different ways).
-- I know you've had the time, and likely have seen all the Schulze videos & done some good reading. You chose to do the full IP (I assume) because you decided it's what you needed to do...and of course, you're using your past experience as a "yardstick" for measuring & discerning. "Progress is a process" Gadgie - you ARE doing the process and you WILL see the progress, but you can't expect your body to react the way it did last year, to totally different variables this year. Really (truly!) I understand how much you need/want this to work (and how you must feel when you discern it's not working)...but you can close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and relax (really!) - because you're not supposed to be seeing any 'major results' this quickly.
Also had a major anxiety atack yesterday 10 mins after doing my 4th CE (still havnt seen any green sludge or stones or much of anything) not sure If it was a reaction to the coffee or not has anyone had a similar experience. I remember you'd been having the major anxiety attacks before. If they'd lessened, and now returned after a 4th CE - I'd suggest that was likely one (or two) CE's too many. Yes, Gerson had every patient doing 4-5 CE's daily, but I've never done more than 3 in 24 hours myself, so I can't speak from personal experience...but I can suggest that you listen very carefully to your doctor within.
Also, depending upon how congested/compromised the liver & gallbladder are, it's not usual at all not to see 'liver debris' after a CE. CE's are like liver flushes in that regard, they ARE working whether we see what they're doing or not.
Gadgie, Dr. Schulze had patients that 'pushed the limits' of the IP (doing more flushes/protocols than he suggested or outlined)...so if that's how you want to "IP", I've got no criticism at all (in fact, just the opposite). BUT, if that what you're going to do, then be sure the reason you're doing it is because your body is truly telling you "more! more!"...and NOT because you mind/emotions are projecting & dealing with unrealistic expectations.
--today's mantra: "Progress is a process" :::wink:::
--today's advice: even if it's cold outside, get outside and get your feet on the earth for 15-20 minutes (you can always wear socks - natural fibers). That'll likely help the anxiety, as well as being very grounding (no pun intended) and refreshing.
You're doing great...the results WILL come :)
Blessings aplenty!
