Re: Raynaud's & Circulation Problems with Thyroid Imbalance
Yep, my rebounder has become kind of a permanent fixture in the living room in recent weeks. Like everything else, I would do it periodically, but not enough to make a difference. The recent, pretty severe symptoms have given me a real kick in the pants, so I'm taking breaks at least every hour or more to jump until my legs feel more normal, trying to pump the calf, since I read that's what helps blood return from the feet and lower extremities to the heart. It hasn't turned real cold here yet, in fact we're having some pretty warm temps right now for Michigan, but I'm not sure what's going to happen once it does get cold.
Your dad drank cayenne tea? I have to say, it can really bother my stomach, and my husband, who is into the
Blood Type Diet , says it's not good for type A's (which we both are) and we should use ginger instead, so I'm making strong fresh ginger tea as much or more often than the caynenne, and also putting both dried and fresh ginger into my green smoothies in the morning.
