The predatory mind (yours) thinks of everything as a competition to achieve dominance and enslave everybody else.

To bad you weren't blessed with a mind. The subject could very well have been about welfare recipients. Some of whom collect the welfare to survive, and feed their families between hard times when there is no jobs, or any way to make money.

On the other hand the welfare collector that sees no reason to get a job, and have to go through the hassles of getting up, making it to work on time, putting up with a boss, and not being able to do what they would rather be doing all day if he can just cash his welfare check.

So the guy that gets a job all of sudden has to give part of his pay check to the other guy. He's taxed to the point that pretty soon he starts thinking why should I work when I can make as much just collecting welfare and lay around, and drink beer all day. So he quits work, and now the tax payer is supporting two people instead of one.

Then there is 3 who figure they would rather lay around and drink beer.

Then there are four, and so on. Now the taxes keep going up, nobody is working. Sales fall more people get layed off, more people go on welfare.

Along comes this socialist, who won't produce his birth certificate, who figures that the people aren't taxed enough in spite of the economy so he puts them in debt another couple of trillion dollars which means more taxes. That isn't enough, so he proposes a healthcare bill that will make everybody pay more because he wants to give healthcare to all the illegals crossing the border, wants to let the senior citizens do without because he figures the illegals are more important.

Oh and don't forget all the dummies who wanted "change" that put him in office, some of which are still to dumb to figure out that they have been had.
