i think it is something you can fix within maybe 2-3 months with the right diet and exercise , which isn't much considering i was on the candida diet for around a year and noticed no change.
i've just been taking tins of baked beans , putting them in a sieve and putting that under the tap to wash all the Sugar syrup away , it is alot easier than pre-soaking beans and then cooking them later.definately less hassle than cooking all that meat on the candida diet.
