Although, I do not have "hands on" experience with oil pulling, I have heard many good things about it.

With regard to Miss Pooh, if she should have an enlarged heart, these are some natural remedies that may help:

• CoQ10
• Omega 3 Fatty Acids
• L-Carnitine
• Taurine

Monitor her exercise so she doesn't get overly tired.

Diet is extremely important.  Are you feeding her  raw diet?  This will ensure that she gets the proper nutrients and enzymes.  The diet should also include raw bones.
