Holistic Horizons was the first Colon Cleanse I did and I passed a huge amount of mucoid plaque with it...but it took several weeks of taking it before I saw anything out of the ordinary. It has NO laxative herbs in it...a bulking agent (fiber) and an internal cleansing tablet (herbs to loosen plaque, and cleanse the blood and lymph). Some health food stores carry it...but not many.
