Decided B&P is not for me, Horizons?

After two weeks of the B&P shakes and drinking enough water to float a ship, I give up. They are not doing a thing but making me more and more constipated. Where do you get this Horizons Bowel Cleanse and is it a laxative? Will it clear out the mucoid plaque?
