Each 'gentle mild' flush will release more and more. They will come out in layers, stones, sludge, bugs,... stones, sludge, bugs. Keep flushing, keep killin,...repeat...

I've done lots of flushes. But, only the last two were the 'gentle ones' without ES. I'm so sick and tired of ES. But, I was in extreme straits back then, and I believe they helped me to get rid of LOTS at that time, when I needed QUICK relief. But, ES is now a thing of the past...

I can relate too, having learned when there is gas out n about, more junk inside, needs to come out. There was a time in the past when lemons, ACV, and ES were my friends. But the parasites have changed that, and now Coffee-Enema is my true friend... momo Tweet
