Beginning the McCombs Diet

My full supplement pack w/ trace minerals will be here today (sat) and I'm going to begin the McCombs diet on Sunday. I am already 39 days into a MUCH MUCH stricter candida diet and feeling pretty good.

In any case, a few people have msged me to ask me to update my progress so I just started a blog.
