similar situation here. I used to be able to eat like a horse (and not gain weight), and I would get low blood Sugar between meals. I think it's partly the Iodine and partly better habits, better food combining and eating more nutrient dense foods, but in the past I could never skip any of my 3 square meals a day, not to mention snacks, but I routinely do just 2 meals now, with the occasional bite of fruit or nuts between, and portions are smaller, I just get full faster. I also can't believe how long a fruit and greens smoothie with no fat will last me from morning to mid afternoon at least, and I don't even have that until a couple hours or so after I'm up in the morning. In years past I had to have food or juice almost immediately on arising. Sometimes now I forget breakfast altogether.
