Re: Hunger
Hi PM, this is something I've noticed as well. I think its because my BSL has been very stable while on
Lugols and companions. I used to have a lot of problems with hypoglycaemia, and this meant I had to eat 4-6 times a day. Now I have just 2 meals, and have no hypo symptoms at all in between meals, and I'm not hungry in between meals.
My BSL has been stable at 4.5-4.8, which is considered low by the docs, but for me this is normal. I'm also taking bitters before each meal, and before bed, and its amazing how much less food I need now that I'm actually digesting it properly, and getting the most nutritional value out of the food I eat.
I don't take a chromium supplement, so I know its the
Iodine thats made the difference, it was actually one of the first improvements I had when I first started
Iodine supps.
