I have a mild case of adrenal fatigue and copper overload, and have been experiencing severe fatigue and Depression the last few months. About a month ago I learned I'm iron deficient. I started supplementing with iron, and my fatigue and Depression improved a lot for a few days. I started experiencing copper detox symptoms, and stopped taking the iron. I resumed taking it, and the detox symptoms returned. I stopped taking iron after that.
Is there any way I can correct my iron deficiency without triggering copper detox symptoms?
