I wish I had asked you before my sessions, but I would not have known
what to ask. I guess the horrible experience will just make me appreciate the good colonic therapists out there!

I did eat 1 hour before both colonics. I asked what I should eat or not eat and they said eat what ever you want. Gee whiz. I was nauseaous beyond words. And the crampiong was horrible.
