I agree with Zoe on the sunlight/Vitamin D - it's absolutely essential to have enough for a strong immune system.

3 months ago, all my partner's family caught the Swine flu - him included. It took them almost 4 weeks to recover and my partner almost 2 weeks.

I didn't catch it, nor my teenage boys. We have extremely strong immune systems that do not have a frequency that matches any type of flu. In fact, I never worry about catching something like this - because strong immunity is easy to achieve.

How did my partner recover quicker than the rest of his family?

I gave him good doses of Vitamin D, fermented/aged garlic extract, echinacea plus medicinal mushrooms (Reishi, cordyceps etc.) and got him to lie in the sun daily, feet touching the grass. I also had him on liquids primarily.

It is essential to limit how much one eats, because when one is ill, digestion comes to a standstill. The body needs all it's energy for self healing/regeneration. The body knows what to do when given the right conditions. We all need to trust our beautiful bodies more.

The most important part of immunity boosting is humour. Laughter IS the best medicine. Do some research on how happiness and laughter builds and boosts the immune system.

Watching a good comedy IS therapy for the immune system - for prevention and treatment.
