Personally, I think that there are
things you can do to lower your risk
of the flu. Most older people are not
as susceptible as the younger people
also. Younger people are more at risk
because their immune system is so
effective. I would recommend to your
friend who feels she is doomed to
catch the flu to be sure to get a
good dose of Vitamin D-3 each day.
1000-5000 units would be good. If she
can get outside and sun each day that
would be optimal as the body produces
its own Vitamin D through exposure to
sunlight. This goes for children and
adults alike. The cost of supplementing
is also very affordable.

Your Chlorine Dioxide packets sound
interesting although it also sounds
hard to be sure if you are not getting
too much gas etc. I prefer using Oil
of Oregano. I put 2-5 drops in a hot
bath and sit in it and inhale deeply.

I also use Oregacillin to inhibit the
