So the first week of the diet was pretty bad but it's been smooth sailing since then. Suddenly I wake up today and it's just terrible. No matter what i eat I feel hungry and I just feel depressed and lethargic. I am craving cookies desperately. Does this make sense? It was a cold rainy day so at first I thought that was it but I'm not normally this depressed nor do I usually crave Sugar this bad. Basically I'm wondering has anyone else experienced this where they thought it was clear sailing but then suddenly the craving comes back worse than ever?
