Re: O.T-Newport-- TCM, circulation/oxygen and fingernail moons (Edit)
I know me too well. I have a tendency to not pace myself, and pay for it later. I was an avid runner, and taught aerobic dance classes etc, but I have to be careful to stop anything when my body gets to a certain point...which is not very much. I used to work all day out in the sun, and that wipes me out more than anything. If I keep pushing myself with things like yard work, or gardening, I pay for it for several days afterwards.
I definetly have the Vitamin D derivative thing to go with the Rocky Mountain spotted fever and Lyme stuff too. High blood Vitamin D, not low. LIke Newport has pointed out--Vitamin D is not a vitamin, and not a positive thing in Lyme people.
I also hadn't realized until a few months ago, how a sick liver can't break down the fat soluble vitamins either, including Vitamin K, which is needed for calcium absorption.
Just lots to think about, and yet it's pretty cool too when the answers fit together. I do alot of reading of back posts, and many times the things I thought I got at the time, hit me in a different way and make a difference for being a missing piece of the puzzle.
