I just looked over the chapter on AIDs chapter 25 and he does mention taking echinchea and the super tonic. He mentions that people with AIDs (may not apply since you don't currently have AIDS, but wouldn't hurt to add these things to your program.

In addition to having weak immune systems (oh and astragalus organic tincture is another immune booster), he mentions they have weak lymphatic systems. Not sure what herb for that but I do know that rebounding (jumping on a mini trampoline) is supposed to be one of the best things to help the lymphatic system and get it circulating. Unlike the heart, it has no pump. Movement and exercise is its "pump".

He also mentions it is particularly important to the person with AIDS to do the cold sheet treatment for its emotionally cathartic response.
