Re: mastic gum and h pylori?

Hi ruff, A lot of the symptoms you describe are familiar to me, I have gluten intolerance, but was undiagnosed for 30 years, and the result of this was a lot of damage to the villi in my bowel. When I had a bowel biopsy to confirm the diagnosis, the doctor couldn't believe that I was absorbing anything at all from the food I ate, the damage was very extensive. The point is that, although the damage is repairing somewhat, and now with avoiding any gluten or wheat products, my digestion is improving, I still get a lot of pain, when stressed, in the areas of most damage.

When were you diagnosed with gluten intolerance??

The bitters, that Hv recommends are one of the best things I've tried for digestive problems, and working on building good gut flora.
