Re: mastic gum and h pylori?
i forgot to mention, a telling symptom i have is that when i get stressed, as with people yelling or just any aggrivation really, i get this hot feeling in my upper left quadrant, like my dysbiosis is loving the cortisol or something...an uncomfortable tingling and warmth. i used to be able to laugh at violence and stress and now i am its victim always.
some guy got mad as i was walking on his waterfront lawn, the last house on the point. he had just woke up, me and my brother were searching eastward towards the sunrise on the rocky point...it was like he wanted to spew his agression anger and consume his life with pointless strife. ruin his morning buggering about kids with good intentions. i didnt care, he was a bigot, and im bold enough, but now the burning feeling in my stomach makes me succeptable to his poison...i cant just turn off my stress receptors. my whole face flushes with warmth.
i really think it is stress related, and i try to get as least stress as possible but sometimes its unavoidable.
does this help with identifying anything...
hv- you still think acid reflux? i seem to digest most of my food fine and have sufficient acid, and i dont get burping or hot feelings in my esophagus or at my sternum level..its really like 2.5
inches up and left from my navel (from my perspective) that these feelings are centered.
this is the same place where i used to have stabbing pains-extrememly sharp cramps that would last for 20 minutes, unbearable pain. slightly releived with pressure applied... 4 years ago after camping and coming back into civilization then splurging on too much pizza and milk and having a horrible reaction and incredibly painful pooping episode this stabbing pain happened once a week, and then once a month, and then once 2 months...this past year it returned a bit when i was still eating gluten and then after i stopped gluten it happened a couple times with dehydration, and when taking primal defense...this has always since 4 years ago been my "sensitive spot." 4 years ago was the first time my gluten allergy really reared its teeth and i didnt even have an idea about
food allergies then...i had food cravings like i couldnt get sated for the first time in my life...but it slowly got better. and my fatigue got worse.
does this reminiscing mean anything to anyone? it feels good to tell my story.
a sharp stabbing in the upper left quadrant. stress related heat. dehydration.
thanks!
peace to you, as much as is out there!
