thanks for your help. I'm glad I can still eat it. But hahah... no mold, smell, or sour taste, is how I *usually determine whether something still goes in my mouth or not. But my husband is trying to change that approach in me... he says there's still bacteria.
It's just with kefir milk, I can no longer determine it with smell or sourness. As long as there's no mold on it and tastes somewhat 'normal', it's completely clean and safe? No bad bacteria germinating throughout the food?
What would mold in kefir even look like? I feel it would be disguised and hard to spot in the kefir mess. Mold is usually white! (and green, yes)
