Klonopin and Seroquel Withdrawal

Anyone have experience's with how slow to taper with either I am having horrible w/d symptoms.

Any experience's. I know how awful these meds are already but getting off of them when I was prescribed them for sleep for years. Along with effexor for depression. I am already off effexor 3 weeks plus now. That one was awful!!
