Did you ever go to school? Why do you think he knows about science? Because he sounded authorative, and cut and pasted stuff from the internet, that sounded impressive to you.

You never thought to check out any of this info, you just blindly believed what he told you.

You just have to open a school Science book to check out some basic facts regarding how the body works.

The stomach is meant to produce acid, from cells, to digest food. we need it for digestion, the intestines will then neutralize that with alkalizing bile, the body knows what it is doing. You don't have to mess with nature.

The body does a great job, all on its own maintaining ph balance. Some parts of the body are more acidic and some are more alkaline depending on its function.

It is not rocket science, just basic science.
