Do your best to get hold of all the x rays at this time. Since you have no insurance, you have paid for them directly and they are yours. It may save you some future hassle if you need them for comparison and it will make the second opinion story entirely plausible. I would also avoid telling them where you intend to go for that second opinion, as they will probably ask. Be ready for it.
