Pointing out the failures or potential dangers, in a particular practice or protocol, in a civilised manner, is not bashing, complaining, hyterical or any other emotive word that some wish to attach to this.
Asking for scientific evidence is not bashing etc etc.
Bringing to light the demeaning, patronising, sexist, bigoted and nasty, treatment of others on a public website is not hysterical attacking, bashing etc etc. Turning a blind eye to abuse is wrong.
Exposing someone as a fraud or plagerist is the right thing to do, not an attack.
If we are going to hold everyone to the standards set out in the TOS, then this should apply across the board, with no exceptions, and no double standards.
