Hey Scarface, you don't need much, just a tablespoon mixed with a glass of water, before bed at night, do this for about a week. I doubt you'll need to do the parasite cleanse after a week, the DE pretty much clears everything out. My chinese herbalist says that you wont notice much in the way of worms, because they get sliced and diced, so don't expect them to be coming out whole.
