UPDATE:

Well, so far so good. My daughter came home last night and informed me she quit smoking!!!! Now, hopefully that is out of the way.

There is sooo much to absorb. Thank you all for your concern and wisdom. Don't know what I ever did without CZ before.

Also been reading on the results of folks using Folic Acid and B-Complex. Good results it seems.
