If your daughter can't quit smoking altogether, please have her look into American Spirit brand organic cigarettes. They do have tar and nicotine, but do NOT have all the chemicals that are in commercial cigarettes. They cost more, and allegedly she may still experience an initial amount of withdrawal symptoms, but the benefits outweigh her continuation of smoking the commercial ones.
