I used ACV! (two on face). Re: Possible Skin Cancer?
Last year I removed two large moles from my face using ACV. Very easy. Similar procedure as for the Lugol's.
They were raised moles. One about 5mm and one about 3mm. Both were on my chin, but the bigger one was right on my jawline/ profile & always bothered me. Very noticeable.
Before the first ACV treatment (i did them individually -- not at the same time) I scratched the surface a bit w/ a sterilized pin.
I used those little round beige bandaids & trimmed them down... Put a drop of ACV on a tiny piece of cotton, and then put the bandaid over that. Changed it morning and night.
At first it was sore & would sting w/ the ACV. Then it got a little pussy; then that cleared up. Then started shriveling & turning black (the mole tissue itself). Then it fell off! It's the darndest thing.
The skin around the mole did get irritated and red, too. I tried to concentrate the ACV directly on the mole & avoid the surrounding skin.
Even after the mole came off, I continued covering the spot w/ the bandaid & kept the wound covered with neosporin. I think the whole process took 2-3 weeks for each mole.
The weird thing is, the ACV seemed to affect the mole tissue differently than the surrounding skin. Isn't that weird?
Amazingly, neither removal left a noticeable scar. I can tell where the large one was, but no one else can, even when i point it out!
I think a secret to not having much scar is to keep the wound covered until it is completely healed. You want it to heal from beneath -- not from the top.
