Thanks guys for your help. Do you think you could help me out with how to re-feed myself as far as the first few days go. I have a good regime for when I introduce whole foods again, but for the first few days I'm a little stumped. I think the only thing that I can get a hold of is fresh Orange juice, which I hear is a good idea. How much should I take and how long should the intervals be?
