that is an excellent reply to your post from L*u*l*u.
I would heed her advice to the letter.
The only thing I would add is listen to your body and eat only what is dictated by appetite; being abstemious with your raw food diet that is hopefully properly combined to minimize digestive energy.
Your appetite will be slow to return if genuine hunger does not occur before day 28, and needs to be re-nurtured.
L*u*l*u is spot on with her advice, and where the healing will continue post fast: in fact Shelton always said that the breaking of a fast, and the post-fast lifestyle/diet is the difference between success and failure.
Bear in mind that the fast does not heal.........it only allows your body to do so, and where this is an ongoing process after your fast is broken.
