I am just looking for some info when I saw your posts. I was having bad periods with Mirena and went to the doctor to have it taken out. The PA could not find it and told me I had to go to the OR to have it removed. I went this past Wednesday and they could not find it. So after xrays and a CT scan, they would it in my abdomen...right next to my bladder. So, know I have to see a urologist before my surgeon will take it out! UGH!
