Re: Natural Birthing- everyone PLEASE watch these videos!

I was not into natural healing when I had my daughter. But my experience was still great! I chose a mid-wife and had my daughter in the hospital(oh if only I had felt how I do now about hospitals!)Anyways,everything went perfect! I took my sweet ole time arriving to the hospital, had to get that face of makeup for the cameras,LOL. It was a not a natural birth. I had my family and friends all arrive and hang out and enjoy the moment with me. Finally the hour arrived and I push three times(well I made the pushing face,and it worked,hehe). And out came my baby,then onto my chest.I had my husband,mother and grandmother present for the birth. I also had a mirror in front of me so I could watch the whole thing. I had a long birth plan written up saying specificaly how I wanted the whole thing to go.Also because I dont accept blood transfusions,ever. I loved my mid-wife!!Everything was a beautiful,peaceful experience.

A funny: I told my husband not to leave our daughter side after she was born. He didnt leave her and he said he had to pee soooo bad,lol!!

Whats not so funny is that he said no other fathers were in the nursery.And barely anyone was coming to view the babies through the glass.My husband had some really cool bonding time with our daughter in that few hours. I insisted that our daughter stay in our room during our hospital stay(although the nurses acted like I was weird??!!). I could tell my husband had a special bond with our daughter.It was really cool.And they stil do!!

I come accross so many girls now that know nothing about having a baby.Its really sad : (
