Those of you who have tried to limit your carbs/sugar/etc... did you see any change?
I am trying to do that again (did it once about a month ago) and it seems within a day or so I am just EXHAUSTED. I dont know if it is just becuase of the decrease of carbs, or if it is my body cravin them, or what.
Just wondering what everyone else's experience had been, and whether you felt better after a few days. Last time I only did it 4 days because I felt so terrible and today is only day 2 this time and I am ready to throw in the towel.
Today so far I have eaten a chicken breast, an apple (I know Sugar but at least natural sugar) and some carrots, and water, and I am so tired. I dont know, maybe it is just normal mirena tired.
