I had a bone spur on my neck a few years ago. I was out of alignment and it was obvious the body grew this to give my neck added support.

The spur went eventually when my neck was supporting my head properly.

Someone mentioned about getting rid of a bone spur on ML site recently. As if the drink had something to do with it.

So don't assume your body is not functioning properly because of a bone spur, it is more likely a gift from your body to help support you. Tweet
