After reading his dangerous advice on black strap molasses and hemochromatosis I think you make be right!!!

ya know, over the years, i've read *tons* about CFS. the things that made the most sense to me were theories about HPA axis dysregulation. which also suggests that calcium supplementation in such circumstance is, well, foolhardy.

i was recently told i had a 'bone spur' in my neck; and bone spur = calcium build-up. 

Yes, it is a calcium build up, but the reason for the build up is constant stress at that point. Usually a tendon is too tight and stresses that point, which triggers the piezoelectric effect electrodepositing the minerals at that point. In English you have a stress point due to tight tendons. Try building up your silica levels.
