Re: Any other liver cleanses that work?
You sound like you are not producing
enough bile perhaps. You might consider
using some preparations before flushing
again. There are different options. I
have taken malic acid in tablets to
soften stones. I also like a product
called Stone Free by Planetary Herbals~~

be sure to check out the reviews on that
product too.
I have also used the Gold Coin Grass
but I have a source for it where I
live which makes it affordable. If you
have a large Asian Store near where you
are, you may check if they have any herbs
for the liver.
Of course, drinking organic apple juice
for weeks prior to flushing is another
way to soften the stones so when you flush
then it makes the congestion easier to
flush.
Most of all, you need to be including some
plant based oils into your diet. This will
help with the formation of bile and will
be the singularly most important thing
to do now and after you flush. Start with
a teaspoon a day and work up to 3-6 teaspoons
a day of plant based oils. I will add oils
to my foods and salads, drizzling olive oil
on steamed broccoli and rice. Most of my
oil intake is by the spoonful. I really
like coconut oil, flax and hemp, alone with
olive. There are other blends, like Udo's,
which would also make good choices.
If you do your pre-flush prepping, I truly
believe you will find success in flushing
and even if you do not flush, you may
find the pain decreasing. I can also suggest
the use of St. John's Wort for your depression,
as well, to support your liver. The liver is
known as the seat of the emotions and since
St. John's Wort is one of the herbs which
supports the liver, it naturally decreases
Depression and is used widely in Europe for
that purpose.
Best wishes,
Zoe
