That your flushes were not productive
would suggest that you are not producing
enough bile which would also suggest
that you are not getting enough "good"
fats in your diet. Your symptoms of
pain would indicate the congestion...
parasite cleansing or any other kind
of cleansing is hard on your liver
since it is one of the body's main
filters, along with the kidneys and
the skin.
parasite cleansing is important
because when you are using supplements
and paying good money for nutritious
food, what is going on is that the
parasites are first in line for the
best you are trying to give yourself.
Evicting the freeloaders is a good
idea to do first. Of course, if your
liver and gallbladder are already
congested, it would indicate the
need to cleanse or support them first.
Stone Free is a great idea to use.
I would recommend dosing yourself
according to the bottle and using
the whole bottle up while including
good oils into your diet before
trying another flush. If you are
feeling any intense pain, you can
take a quarter spoon of epsom salt
in water and drink it down. If it
relieves the pain, you know for
sure it is congestion. Hang in there
though since often it takes a while
to get everything jumpstarted. You
might consider checking out Telman's
blog as an example of someone who
has "gone the distance" in healing
the gallbladder/liver. I am still
working on it myself so have come to
also appreciate shaking up the cleansing
using herbs as well as flushing.

It sounds like you have been getting
in some good oils, but you may try
to increase it some. Heating oil like
Olive changes it so taking some by
mouth or adding it after you have
cooked, like drizzling it on your
steamed veggies or salad would be
preferable. I also cook with coconut
oil but take the highest grade coconut
oil by mouth for medicinal purposes.
The reason why the St. John's Wort
made you feel irritable was because
it was being effective. It takes about
two weeks to take full effect but while
it is doing that, your liver, "seat of
the emotions" remember, will put you
through some. You may experience crying
jags, and anger, and all other emotions
which seemingly come from nowhere and
actually they are responding to the
herbal support and detoxing.

Anyway, shake up your protocol and come
at your liver issues from another
direction for now.
I am still doing liver detox after years
of taking pharmaceuticals. I figure I took
them for years, it will probably take me
years to come clean. I still like to
flush but am also into doing the herbs
and now this year, I am interested in
using
coffee enemas to shake up my own
protocol. I did a month of liver herbs,
and am half way through the next month
on Stone Free. When I finish that, which
I am also using in combination with the
St. John's Wort which I found in an extract,
I will do a series of coffee enemas. It
may be something you may consider doing
down the road~~
