Re: How long do severe die off last usually?

feeling hungry alot of the time, especially after you have just ate,(like not getting full or sated by a meal) indicates that one has an allergy or an intolerance to a food.

i had a horrible bout with wheat or gluten allergy a wile back...i would eat and eat and never get hungry.

if you feel pain from bloating that is another indication of food reactivity

to see what foods are troubling you, you can do a Rotation-Elimination Diet , eating one food at a time until you know better what is ok for you...the diet is described in detail on this website..

if you are taking any antifungals or antimicrobials they may be causing your body too much stress to recover properly, so you might want to take a break from them

what is your diet now?
what are your symptoms exactly?

you may want to consider taking probiotic fermented foods too, though i cant say until i understand whats your situation.

good luck
towards health
