Re: How long do severe die off last usually?
A lot depends on your level of candida
overgrowth. I had systemic candida after
years of pharmaceuticals and it took 3
years to bring my system into balance.
This too, under the guidance of a naturopath.
I would encourage you to keep going. If
the die-off becomes too severe, drink
more water, or consider cutting back on
the anti-fungals.
Also, where are you at relative to the
appearance of your tongue??
Here is a tongue diagnostic tool
which may help~~

It IS challenging to "shake things up"
within your world while navigating your
path to wellness.
You are asking yourself to shift into a
different comfort zone and leave where you
are. It is a part of the healing process,
on all levels.
It is worth the journey. One day, you just
wake up and look in the mirror and have a
realization that you are well again. I know
since it happened for me.
I am glad to hear actually that you are
doing so well. Too often people will experience
what you are experiencing, and give up. They
become overwhelmed, instead.
Hang in there~~
blessings,
Zoe
