Wow, you have been working hard. Yes it has been off and on throughout the years but it is still something you have concentrated on. Keep it up. I have only done 4 flushes but will continue till I get 3 clear flushes in a row. I find it funny right now that they should be clear cause nothing is clear about my "output". Hopefully that will come in time.

Now for a bit of discouraging news although EVERYONE is different. I know someone who is on their 41st flush. They have been EXTREMELY rigid with preparation, master cleanses, colonics etc. and they have been doing 1 flush/month. Still it is not clear for them. They are currently in their EARLY 60's and are VERY shocked on what they are still seeing. But, they are determined to continue flushing.

Knowing them has helped me greatly and will continue to help me through this healing journey.
