Flush number 21
Hi, I'm a first time poster, long time flusher. I've always been fascinated with how anybody could have been named Charles De Gaul, so I could not resist the irony here.
I posted to the
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome forum because in my opinion much
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome could be all about liver congestion. I posted to Colotrum because that has been known to assist
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome symptoms greatly, but I think it's possibly a bandaid approach if the liver is the problem. And I am convinced on a deep level that liver is king and drives most of the symptoms of degenerative disease today.
What I've been up to and what I'm up to next:
I have a flush scheduled for Saturday but this is the first time I've embarked on a series of flushes that will go all the way.
I started in the mid-eighties and have done perhaps 20 so far, missing some years, and did 2-3 in other years. I've been mostly a vegan with emphasis at times on malic-acid rich fruits. I've always been a fan of olive oil and have avoided the rancid commercial oils. I don't think these oils get the reviews that animal fats get for causing stones. Nevertheless, I think they are quite harmful, maybe even more so than animal fats. Commercial soy or canola could be some of the worst food on the planet.
I know I have a load of stones at present because it's been 2 years since my last one, and I have had binges of dairy off and on over the last two years. Also, symptoms-wise I can tell. I just got a "liver spot" on my right hand. It's a warning, not aging.
My major flaw in past understanding had been that if I didn't get a lot of stones on any particular flush I would consider myself clean. The symptoms (fatigue and digestive) would never clear though. Obviously I did not understand at that time that more thorough pursuit was necessary. Now I get it, and I'm willing to do the work. But I've done shorter series where I started off with the dozens of cherry pit stones (with hundreds of the tiny ones), and later it would taper after a couple of flushes. Done! Wait, not so fast, white man.
My question is how much work lies ahead for somebody who has done 20 but spread them out for such a long time? Instinctively I guess that 7-10 will still be necessary on a once per month schedule. I really don't know of course. I really don't know if what I've done in the past will affect it much. I guess it was better than nothing. I certainly have no questions about what to expect or how to do it.
I've never gotten ill except when I did no preparation. I literally did ZERO preparation once, and this was another miscalculation. I immediately got the biliary sickness and keeled over unable to move. All the symptoms of fatigue were exaggerated until this cleared. To me the whole thing is about the preparation phase. I have tended to skimp at times, and that was a mistake. Usually I would down 1-2 gallons of apple juice (good), but I'd skimp on the epsom salt. Not a good idea! That probably stopped the bile ducts from widening a little and that could have prevented stones from being flushed, leading to false indicator of health.
That was due to a subtle but substantial flaw in my understanding where I thought the epsom only relaxed the ducts. It may actually WIDEN the ducts a bit as well. To me this is not something to skip - ever. I did though, so a few of the flushes were not maximized.
I dunno, 7-10 and I think I'm seeing a new day, but I guess that's unknown until further notice. My own criteria are two straight with no stones, plus symptoms of fatigue and digestion have shown marked improvement. It's not an "either or", it's an AND.
