Hi #46511,
Your comment: I'd say my saliva is too alkaline
This Summer I was doing like Harvey Diamond author of "Fit For Life" and eating fruit only for breakfast, and many days would eat it for lunch too, and some days for dinner as well. I ever talked to Doug Graham about being a fruitarian, but remembered my history of pH imbalance, so decided not to. I was eating *tons* of mangoes. They were on sale for 2 for $1 here and I bet I ate 250 of them this Summer. They are a beneficial food for my blood type and I love them, but they are alkalizing and I think they are what caused me to get too alkaline. It took quite a while to do - 2 or 3 months or so.
