It looks good on paper but I'd truly like to see someone like me, a O+ non secretor respond to this theory of taking alkalizers to eternity.. My pH has been too alkaline many times but much less often it's been too acid. I have a very "hard to manage" body chemistry and I tend to be leery of anyone that thinks they have the answer for me to heal me after all my years of imbalances, etc. That's great if this method works for you and others here, but will it work for me, can you say for certain?

I am getting better in my own time but I can't hurry it and I can't put myself through things that failed me in the past all over again.. Healing is going to come at it's own speed for me, and is, and it may take 1-3 years.

I had 18 amalgam fillings from when I was about 7 or 8 up to 1986 when I had them all removed and replaced with non metal ones.

I drink the ML drink sometimes but for me to push my pH to alkalize I do not think is a wise idea. I've tried it many times before and had to back off. I would be a fool to put myself through it all over again.

Eating high Brix food I DO believe is a good idea for me and probably everyone, so I WILL partake in that part of this program..

I was once on a program called Life Balances. They are still in business called Chembalance.com. They used to take my blood every 3-6 months and tell me what to take for supps in order to balance my pH. At the 1st test in 4/94, I was found to be *extremely* alkaline in Jan Johnson's words, with an anion/cation ratio of 19. 30 days later they had me in balance, taking liquid electrolytes in milk, HCl, and eating what I liked to eat, with balanced amounts of acid/alkaline foods. I no longer partake in that because I want to take care of my own body. It costs a lot less to DIY.
