Cilantro veggie juice recipe from Aajonus Vonderplanitz

Hey,

Sorry for the delay. Here is the recipe for that helps remove and eliminate mercury and other heavy metals.

It's on page 56 of the book "The Recipe for Living without Disease" by Aajonus Vonderplanitz. I highly recommend it.

Before drinking the veggie juice, you should always have a raw fat, like 1 tablespoon of raw cream, raw butter, or 1 raw egg. The fat is used to absorb and transport the mercury when it is removed from your tissues. Without it the mercury just embeds in another tissue and you've done more harm than good.

This is for 12 servings (12 cups).

3 bunches of fresh Celery stalks
3 bunches of fresh parsley, curly or italian
3 bunches of fresh cilantro
4 medium raw zucchini, crookneck, or sunburst squash (or occasionally cucumber)
3 ounces of unheated, unprocessed raw honey (preserves and sweetens juices)(raw honey is not liquid and is still semi-solid and granular)
12 tablespoons raw cream or raw coconut cream or raw butter

His book has other instructions on how to prepare this, for example you should use a masticating juicer (like a Greenstar juicer), you should do a big batch at once like this and preserve it using raw honey, and you can mix the honey with the juice by using a blender for 10 seconds with an 8 ounce mason jar.

Anyway, there you go. Hope it helps. I'll be using it soon so maybe I'll pop in and share again in 6+ months.
