Re: Cilantro/corriander is not as good for mercury removal as i thought. Or is it?
I think I my last posts may have been misleading. I'm not against you chelating, but I don't trust cilantro to do it.
Liver Flushing can be a tremendous help for making your body more able to eliminate toxins. Liver herbs like milk thistle help a lot also. You might want to look into coffee enemas, these are supposed to be very detoxifying. I just got a
coffee enema kit yesterday and hope to do my first
coffee enema soon.
I have used EDTA suppositories in the past, and they gave me quite a bit of relief, but I heard that they chelate more lead than mercury.
For mercury chelation, you might want to look into the Cutler protocol. There is a Culter protocol forum on Curezone. The premise of the Cutler protocol is to keep a small amount of chelator in your bloodstream 24/7 for several days to guard against re-distribution of mercury. I believe taking cilantro frees up mercury stored in your body but doesn't eliminate it well, causing re-distribution.
Here is a link to a modified Cutler protocol. I haven't tried this yet, so I can't say if this is good or not. Most people on the Cutler protocol wouldn't recommend it because it doesn't keep the chelator in you system round-the-clock. But it may be a viable option to taking a chelator every four hours round-the-clock for several days. Here is a link to the protocol:
