Re: Why am I still SO sensitive to fats, caffeine, supplements, etc?

parasites could definitely be an issue, Om, even if you did a protocol years ago. They take maintenance too. I think it's common that people just slip right back to feeling bad after a flush until you cross the break point in the healing. That doesn't make it more funner.

I think that the irrigation routine is about the best thing to do, followed by the parasite thing. From what I've seen, I would guarantee results with parasites from using Hulda Clark 's protocol along with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement standard protocol. Read the Gangbusters thread here if you need more info about that.

I just found out (from a guy who talked to Andreas Moritz today) that Andreas considers all nut butters to be rancid (bad for liver and gall bladder.) He also thinks that coconut oil does not contract the gall bladder like regular olive oil or other oils. I would avoid all oils that are not organic/cold pressed. Ghee is good. All those things are good oils and will contract the gall bladder. Andreas believes that the GB can go "dry" if we never eat fats, so it's no small matter. Noon meal .... have some fats! This may not work for you if the GB is sick, but it's better than avoiding, or using the rancid oils (never use commercial canola, etc.)

Ciao ...
