everyone recovers differntly. I try to follow the proceedure close, but Southern belle pointed out that you can drink some water after our first Epsom Salt drink the next morning. That helped me re-coup faster (I cheated and had juice)
The morning after taking the oil mixture is rough, but you should usually be done with the "Dangerous" stage (where you don't want to be far away from the toilet) by around Noon. Just my experience.
